This is a Sound JS HM-5 Heavy Metal, a very interesting pedal with, produced in the Ukraine in late 80s / early 90s. This is a cool, and quirky, vintage pedal. Great way to stand out and be unique, and still sound good.
Pedal is at my shop - in Dnipro, Ukraine. I'm high rate worldwide seller over 10 years, check my site and feedbacks on reverb and ebay. I shipped lot of guitars to Europe, UK, Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and USA even during war with any problems.
